  Helpful, Knowledgeable, Courteous couldnt have asked for more. I needed to help my parents source a new computer, as we now live some 300 miles away from them ongoing support after they bought it was important. Being in there 80's they sometimes struggle. I was recommended by a school frind to speak to the team at Yarm Computers and I am so glad I did. Every aspect from specification to pricing to deliver and transfer of pricessless family memories was taken care of simply and professionally. I cant thank you enough for all your help and the support following our purchase has been nothing short of superb. Forget the big high street reailers or the online shops, buy local from these guys

  Just visited YC today to find an answer to a Windows 7 message which appeared over a week ago that says "Windows 7 Build 7601 - This copy of windows is not genuine" This is incorrect as the Computer was bought from a reputable retailer. Since this message appeared I am no longer able to update windows. Having searched the Web can find no answer to this only that it is a common error. YC were the last people to service the computer 12/05/2013.Being the 3rd visit in a month They were unable to help unless the computer was brought in yet again. Not good enough.
